Fashion HYPE

Spring is on the horizon and so is the promise of novel fashion. Really what could BE more refreshing????

This years in styles look something like flirty-romantic skirts, boy blazers, corals, apricots and eccentric electricity. Yum. MAC has released their new "SugarSweet" line for all you make-up maven's out there and I do suggest particularly checking out the 'Tricolour Lipglass'. It's amazing and they go for less than 20 bucks. The tube includes three seperate but cordinating shades, AND THEY NEVER MIX! With cute title's such as Consume Me, Just Dessert and Simpley Delicious their a great grab if your looking for the right finishing touches to a tasty-like look. Oh and please don't sleep on their STILL HOT Hello-Kitty Line.

From trendy-chic spots like H&M to Urban glam lines like Roca Wear the ultra long, slimming dress is in. Their literally everywhere. And yes guilty, I already copped one :-) But the biggest in-style trend this season is the Unisex or "boyfriend" look. Well, really it's come back. The first designers to do this did it long before 2009, even Katherine Hepburn did her thing with this unique style. But thanks to (well I'm assuming) the ultra-working woman era going on currently, ITS BACK!

Wanna get the look? Try purchasing a super-big boy blazer and splashing it up with a gorgeous bright colored shirt or blouse, or (dare I say it) a dress! Suspendors with simple or graphic shirts are also in if you want to be a little more edgy. Personally I'm a girly girl so I'll stick with my dresses and flowy skirts. But as always I never suggest "keeping up with the Jone's" the best way to follow fashion is to always cultivate your own style. Just make sure this Spring your doing it in the tasty way! ;-)
